The essential oil of rosemary cineole combines well with eucalyptus, Scots pine, true lavender, lavandin super, oregano and thyme and can also be used in eau de Cologne and other perfumes. Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops (63 to 126 mg/day). To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil. Food supplement.
