The essential oil of rosemary cineole combines well with eucalyptus, Scots pine, true lavender, lavandin super, oregano and thyme and can also be used in eau de Cologne and other perfumes. Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops (63 to 126 mg/day). To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil. Food supplement. Keep out of the reach of young children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Skin: massage, bath: 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Contains naturally d-limoneen, linalool, citronellol, geraniol Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
