Lavandin super is a hybrid of true lavender and spike lavender. Its characteristics closely resemble those of true lavender, for which it is a suitable alternative in many applications. However, true lavender still remains the more powerful of the two. Lavandin super has a soothing effect in cases of stress, tension or insomnia, whether used internally or in a diffused spray, massage or warm bath. Like other lavender species, it is an extremely effective remedy to ease insect bites and burns.

Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops (50 to 100 mg/day). To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil. Food supplement. Keep out of the reach of young children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Skin: massage, bath: 1 to 2 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.Equivalent: 1 ml = 900 mg = ± 36 drops
