Joints | Respiratory tracts

Although both berries and twigs are used in the regular distillation of juniper, the best essential oil is still distilled exclusively from berries. It is a somewhat mild oil, but its applications are very specific. The oil is exceptionally well-suited for massage and bath oil formulas. Juniper is an important component in preparations that alleviate stiff joints and painful muscles. It further helps against tired and heavy legs and combines well with rosemary to combat respiratory problems and stress.
