If diffused as a spray, it refreshes and purifies the air. If ingested, it stimulates the digestion. Green tangerine combines well with true lavender, geranium, German chamomile and other citrus oils, serving as a booster for their scent. As green tangerine oil is very powerful, a small amount generally suffices for all uses. Red tangerine oil is much less powerful and loses its delicate fragrance much faster.

Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops (53 to 106 mg/day). To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil. Food supplement.
