The essential oil of grapefruit possesses mild and therapeutic characteristics. User manual
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops (71 to 142 mg/day). To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil. Food supplement. Keep out of the reach of young children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.Equivalent: 1 ml = 856 mg = ± 24 drops
