This German chamomile is an excellent oil for hay fever or other allergies. It also works well on mouth ulcers and various skin problems, either in its pure form or in a synergy with other essential oils. Another advantage of German chamomile is the skin’s high tolerance level and the virtual absence of allergens. It calms and soothes the stomach, relieves bloating, brings calm, eases insect bites and is indispensable in synergies to combat numerous aches and pains (massage oils, bath oils).

Oral: once daily 1 to 2 drops (29 to 58 mg/day). To be taken diluted in some honey (in an infusion) or vegetable oil. Food supplement. Keep out of the reach of young children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. A food supplement is no substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Skin: massage, bath: 2 to 5 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil. Contains naturally Linalool, D-limonene Diffusion: 5 to 10 drops according to your personal preference and the size of the room.
